Terms of Service
Last updated: April 16, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Readitics platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Message Processing Consent
The Service processes the messages you send and receive through configured bots, automations, and integrations. By using the Service you expressly acknowledge and agree that Readitics may access, process, store, and transmit message content and metadata as necessary to provide the functionality you configure. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate consents from your end users before processing their messages through the platform.
3. Pricing and Payment
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. All fees are stated on our pricing page. Pricing may change over time at our sole discretion. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes — typically at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect.
4. Account Terms
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or any content that violates anti-spam regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Use the Service to distribute malware, phishing, or other harmful content.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Readitics and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the dashboard.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Readitics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Readitics and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
14. Contact
If you have any questions about these Terms, please reach out via our contact page.
